Heavy-Duty Mobile Manipulation Platform

An experimental platform exploring heavy payload manipulation in unstructured environments. Built entirely from scratch — frame, motors, electronics, and firmware.

Rev 3: New drive system
Switched from brushed DC to BLDC motors with custom FOC controllers. 40% torque improvement.

First outdoor test
Platform survived 2 hours on rough terrain. Navigation stack needs tuning — orientation drift in turns.

Frame failure & redesign
Weld fatigue at main pivot. Completely redesigned junction using gusseted plates. This failure taught more than any success would have.
